graduations
Today marked the first graduation for the newly renamed Northwest High School, formerly Weipat, located on Onoun Island in the Northwest region of Chuuk State, FSM. To celebrate the event, a chartered flight arrived from Weno carrying a delegation from the State Government and the Department of Education. On board were the Governor of Chuuk State the Honorable Johnson Elimo, Senators Matt Kuor and Adan Hetiback, Representative Celes Kaliga, and the keynote speaker Paulina Yourupi from the Chuuk State Department of Education. Thanks to everyone who made our graduation celebrations a success.
